You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the AI generation service
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated designs without our written permission

3. Account Registration

To access certain features (including AI nail design generation), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Free accounts are limited to 5 AI-generated designs per day.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is collected offline after order confirmation — we will contact you within 24 hours with payment instructions.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Returns

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@florapressnails.com within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI nail design generation feature is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Generated designs may be used for personal inspiration. We do not guarantee that generated images will exactly match physical nail art products. AI generations are subject to daily limits per account.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during checkout, you consent to receive text messages from FloraPress regarding your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and nail art designs, is the property of FloraPress Nails and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
